We are sponsoring this year’s ODI Summit – an annual event that focuses on innovation and excellence in Open Data around the world. It is sponsored by the Open Data Institute (ODI) an international organization that advocates for the Open Data culture to create economic, environmental and social value.
The ODI was founded by Sirs Tim Berners-Lee and Nigel Shadbolt. Berners-Lee is widely known as the inventor of the World Wide Web, while Shadbolt is considered a pioneer in the area of artificial intelligence.
Ontotext has been a member and supporter of the ODI since the beginning. As a strong proponent of Open Data and its ability to compliment proprietary data sources, Ontotext has participated in numerous Open Data projects. GraphDB™, the RDF graph database developed by Ontotext, supports the loading of Linked Open Data sets to create broad applications for media & publishing, life sciences & healthcare and other verticals such as financial services.
Meet with Ontotext
A couple of members of our team will be there to discuss not only Open Data solutions but other opportunities to apply semantic technologies to enterprise infrastructures. They will be happy to meet you.
